It's great you have your wife & son working together with you - often family member's who do not avoid eating junk food around one who's doing Atkins result in the dieter succumbing to temptation. Supportive family, the people in the various forums here, and Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002) will greatly increase your chance of success with the new way of eating.
