| Hi Danny and welcome........I have a 2 year old and work full time and it is hard for me to fit any exercise any .....I usually wait till he goes to bed at night and do the Walk Away The Pounds video ....right now I am still doing the 1 mile which takes about 20mins......thats the only way I can get any exercise in..... if I use the treadmill after he goes to sleep then it would wake him...... You can do this.....I finally put it in my head that I had to do it for me and my little boy cause I really want to be able to play with him and run after him as he grows up ....I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol so I really didn't have a choice I have to do it for my health.....it was either keep living like I was and not live to see my little boy grow up and have a family or do something about it now and be able to enjoy being here with him alot longer.....well I am going to get to cleaning house........

| Hi Danny, welcome. You should also check out the "second time around club". I just re-started Atkins 4 days ago. Like you I was on the plan 3 years ago. I had lost 68 lbs but I let myself go again. But this time I am more than determined to reach my goal. Good luck to you!

| Hi Danny and welcome back. You made the right decision to start over again. I am on day 9 of induction so I am just starting again also. I use to find myself awake at 5:45 a.m. getting ready for Billy Blank's boot camp work out. Yes it was early but I looked at it as "MY TIME". As time passed on I adjusted accordingly but then it also motivated me to stop saying that there was never enough time in the day. So find your inside strength and "Be all that you can be" Good luck and congrats on your decision. |

| Welcome back to the low-carb life-style. Congratulations on making the decision to get healthy and lose weight. I take care of my three grandchildren, ages 10, 6 and 5 mos, so I know it is a challenge to exercise, but it can be done. You can turn on music and walk in place - exercise with them or after they go to bed. The energy you gain from losing the weight and exercising will be a big plus in taking care of the kids. Do you have the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, edition 2002? It is something I totally recommend that you read and practice. The doctor was the expert on this weight loss plan and his words are gold when it comes to success. You have the right attitude about not looking back...just going forward. Come here to the ADBB for motivation and advice on health issues, life issues, exercise challenges, and friendship. Everyone is doing this together to making it happen. It helps to have others to share your journey with that understand and care. Keep us posted on your progress!! BEST WISHES!

| Hey Congratulations in making this choice for yourself! As far as exercise go...chase ur kids around a little more.. and you'll be good!! haha.. just kidding.. You will find a way to fit some exercise in, a 10 min walk, bikeride, tae bo for 10 mins, weight lifting for 10 mins.. Even 5 mins of something will get you started.. and try to progress later on.. we all can do it and this is an EXCELLENT supportive community. I would not be where I am today w/o their support.. But remember this is a lifestyle change and one you cannot do w/ o self determination.. You can do it!! Sara
