| Hello Dee. Welcome. You've come to the right place for the support and knowledge on changing your life-style and getting healthy. The ADBB is full of motivational information and friends to help you along the way. I can't tell you how inspirational it is to have others who understand what you are going through. Lady was right, get the book and read it straight from Dr. Atkin's on the how/whys/whats of this program. Its important that you follow his directions and not only do the way of eating, but drink water, exercise and take daily supplements to get the most out of your new life-style. Make sure you measure yourself so you will see the inches dropping at times when the scales don't show weight loss. Your body needs to occassionally 'catch up' with the weight you've lost. Check out the numerous forums in the ADBB to keep you going. You are not alone. We are all in this 'fight for fitness' together - sharing and lending support! Best wishes. Keep us posted on your progress....We want to see you succeed!!
