Hi all! I've been reading your stories and successes for quite some time and decided to finally introduce myself. I'm a 25 year old from upstate New York, been back on Atkins for about a month now and feeling great. Was on it for quite a few years with great success but fell off the wagon after a HORENDOUS break up… (for some reason I felt sandwiches would make me feel better, haha….) I am ready to start being happy and to take care of myself again, and I am so happy to have found such a supportive group of people to do it with. Can't wait to share all of our successes together!!

Welcome to ADBB, TogaGirl! Come check out the Second Time Around Club forum too, since you have been on Atkins before. I'm sorry that you had to go through a terrible breakup... that really sucks! That'll drive you to sandwiches for sure - i get that! I'm glad that you are a part of the ADBB family now!
