| Recipes listed show a cheese allowance and artificial sweetner allowance. I'd like to know how to calculate these values for my own recipes and would like to know what the recommend maximum allowance is for both values. |

| welcome to ADBB and back to Atkins. cheese limits change as you move through the phases of Atkins during the first 14 days induction you can have a max of 4 ounces of aged cheese. When you move to OWL you can add back more cheese on the dairy rung of the carb ladder when you gwet there. sweeteners are limited to 3 servings a day and you will find it in DANDR 2002.

| Glad to hear you've decided to try it again. I too am a restart and today is my first day on inducion. I also did the diet a couple of years ago and lost alot of weight. For many reasons I also fell off the wagon and gained everything back. I'll be here to root you on. Good luck!!!!!! |
