| Welcome! You seem to be a cheerful and positive gal, I hope you enjoy your visits to ADBB. One thing though, you might be interested to know, Atkins actually isn't a high protein plan, but a high fat, medium protein plan. Just FYI. Welcome, again!

| What I say is GO GIRL and hope you are still losing. I'm in your hemispehere and in your age bracket and a second timer. Tonight i just went to a party at some friend's house wher I usually eat too much. Like you I ate the greeen salad and grilled BBQ meats and told myself to just get on with it! |

I would suggest you start up a journal for yourself over at Journal Chats! There are lots of great people over there, with lots of information and encouragement!
