Just wanted to say a quick hi. Hope everyones week is going well.

I've been on Atkins for about 21 going on 22 days now. It's been different. But exciting! I've been a yo yo'er for almost 6 yrs now. Ready to stop that train. I hope by the end of this I have learned completely what my body can handle and make my life healthier and happier.

Yes, I was a yo-yo dieter before - and I know the frustration of wanting to lose the weight but not having the knowledge of how to do it.
