| Way to go, doesn't if feel great. I went to a party in my second week, ate my stuff in the car, and did not eat a thing either...very cool feeling...congrats. It's fun to have people to share that news, people who understand just how challenging that can be!

| First let me say...CONGRATS! GIVE YOURSELF A PAT ON THE BACK! you deserve it! Isnt that amazing how atkins cn completely cure those out of control cravings, yes you still get cravings from timeto time but they arent unbearable anymore. I have also lost 10lbs in 5 days.
