| I just re-started Atkins after being off of it for 2 years. The one difference I noticed is that any kind of cheating will result in no weight loss. I tried this time around with using lots of Splenda for 2 weeks. I lost nothing. So, I restarted induction with a limit of 3 Splenda and working out. I've already lost 5 lbs., just like the first time I did induction. So, just stick to the rules and you'll be off & losing again! So happy your back!
