| Hi Joe, So what sort of things were you eating? None Low carb stuff? I have heard that some folks struggle to lose on low cal high carb. This has always been my trouble too. Atkins is the best way. Atkins combined with lap-band - should give you heaps of success!

| Back in May my wife had surgery and I stopped going to the gym and started to eat the wrong foods. I should have returned to the gym within a week, but got into the habit of not going. Now I go in the mornings for 45 min, then I go to work use to go from 800 am-10am, but my hours at work changed so I have little time to work out like I use to. |

| welcome back. so are you starting at induction again? sit down with your day planner and blockout workout time now and then plan the rest of your life around it. then you have no excuses for not working out.

| Hi Bigjoe42. Welcome back. Glad that you've decided to do something about the weight gain now and return to the low-carb life-style. I've found that anytime my life changes, I need to re-group and make plans to incorporate those changes into my weight loss. If I don't, then the situations in my life take over and I neglect to take care of myself. We are all here for you and look forward to following your success.
