| Hi Liza! Welcome back. You will make it happen this time. With a plan to succeed, you won't fail. Write down what made you stop last time. Make alternative things to do when you feel like reaching for food. Take your measurements, weight and make a committment to yourself to make it happen! I was about your weight when I started. I had 140 pounds to lose -- but I took it 10 pounds at a time. Utilize the ADBB and it's many resources. There are so many motivational stories, photos and friends that will inspire you to succeed. There are challenges, health/life issues discussed and recipes to help you plan your meals. Best wishes to you and keep going. Soon you will be feeling great as the inches and pounds melt away!!
