| Hi Lynda and congrats on making it to Day 3, whoohoo! And I know your pain, the first week is really hard, getting rid of those nasty carb cravings can seem overwhelming at times! But, the good news is the cravings will stop! The bad news is there's not a real replacement for pasta and potatoes, there are substitutes, like the cauliflower or spaghetti squash. Just keep checking through the recipe section and I'm sure you'll find something new to try. Stay strong, you can do it! Quote:

| so how did you do? I know I thought I wanted bread during my induction but when I got to where I could have it after doing induction and climbing the OWL ladders I found out my tastes had changed and I really didn't want it. Hang in there in 10 days you will be healtheir and smaller with your carvings supressed and able to deal with the wantings
