| Welcome back, glad you are here. If I had only stuck to it the first time, I would be in great shape right now too. But I cannot change the past, only, as you said, learn from it. I have to make this work for me and it sounds like you are back on your way to your own personal victory. Good luck. You can do it.

| Don't beat yourself up! you are 22 years old, plenty of life ahead of you. In a few months you will be back down and you will forget all about how you are feeling towards yourself right now. Be happy that you are going to change and grab life by the horns! Life is to be lived! Anyone can go around and be miserable. That's the easy way out.
