I CAN'T BELIEVE NOBODY HAD A WELCOME FOR YOU! i would figure that so many hit on the same and your's just got lost in the shuffle. so very sorry!!! how are things coming along for you? how many serious pounds are you taking off? did you get past the mayo thing? i would guess that some of the carbs you took in that day were fiber. some of us count them, some don't.
