Red face I'm new!

Hey every one! I am new to this site and new to thie atkins lifestyle!! I'm really looking forward both being on the site AND losing some serious LBS!! hopefully! Today is my frist day!! so far so good! I did use miricle whip instead of mayo today on accident....I counted the carbs in my daily allowence....did I already ruin my first day on the plan?? any way I've looked at MANY of your before and after or durring pictures and you all have really inspired me!! I hope to have the great success you all have had!

i would figure that so many hit on the same and your's just got lost in the shuffle. so very sorry!!!

how are things coming along for you? how many serious pounds are you taking off? did you get past the mayo thing? i would guess that some of the carbs you took in that day were fiber. some of us count them, some don't.
