Hey Geogiagirl, I am an Atlanta girl....Welcome to ADBB, and I hope you have a wonderful journey here and with Dr. A's wonderful eating plan...It's a way of life, not a short term diet...I have been here approx 3 mos. and I have not regreted it one single day...I am changing every day and I am so grateful for this. You have indeed found a useful tool in the  . Your tape measure, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 ed) and all of us are other tools you will find useful along the way. Good luck getting started with induction, and don't hesitate to post any questions you have about this WOE.
