Well im not new ive been here be4 but now ive hit an all time low im really annoyed by how i let myself go.. But im starting over.. the holdiays are coming up an i want 2 look nice for a XMas party coming up.. 2nite i felt really bad because it was my mother bday an i tried on my clothes an nothin fit so here i am i need all the encouragement i can get...

Good luck to you...it's so hard to enjoy loss and then have to gain back....
But, you know what? We just have to keep on going and not let those disappointments get us down. I know that I am my own worst enemy and I use food as a weapon against me. So, I am determined to lose this time with no special reason except that I want to live out the rest of my life healthy!!!! So, keep your chin up and do it because you deserve it!!!!!
