| Hi Iafalconer, welcome to the board! Glad you decided to post with us. A lot us here are on our second, third and so on tries of getting Atkins right! You seemed to have done well the last time you started, forget about your fall from the WOE and start anew. You know you can do this. Any questions post them here, there is always someone to help you. Is your wife a poster here also? Good luck to the both of you!

| Hi iafalconer, welcome to the boards. It sounds like with the unusual and late hours your biggest focus will probably be in planning. I noticed that you said that you have had a little hunger over the past 3 days, if you are hungry go ahead and eat. But before you do drink a full glass of water and wait 10-15 minutes and it may have been you are just thirsty, but if you are hungry go ahead and eat off the induction list within your carb count. Doing this will stave off cravings and binge eating. Great work on your exercise. As many have said, any questions just go ahead and ask. Also, if your wife does a lot of the cooking or has questions on what she can make for you, have her pop on also, we'd be happy to help her help you. Have a great day.
