| Hi mustlose80! I think that the book (2002 edition of DANDR) is really important to read. From your reading around, you must know that in order to stay healthy and lose weight, this WOE must be done correctly. Anytime you eat a food not Atkins legal, you sabotage your efforts. There usually are reading challenges that you can join in. Stick around the induction forum a little while and ask questions! You'll see. In no time you will get the hang of this! Good luck on your journey!

| Hello - sorry you're having so much trouble. It is unusual to have those results from induction. Perhaps your menu needs some tweaking? Why not post your intake for a typical day (include all quantities & condiments & how prepared) in the review my menu forum so experienced Atkiners can look for potential problems.
