| That's great. Of course, exercise is a must, so you should start doing that more regularly, but this is a great start! Post your stats (height, weight, age, etc.) in your signature or in a journal so we can all see how you're doing!

| Welcome Mandi! Glad you're finding this WOE easy! It's true, there are soooo many luscious things you can eat... and it gets better and better as you go along and in time, move up the OWL rungs. As you've done Atkins before you could check out the Second Time Around forum... a great place for other second timers (and more).
