| join an exercise challenge start a journal visit other journals and tell them you arre looking for diet buddies. check the buddies and penpals forum too. lots of ways you can get the support you need from ADBB if you searcxh it out, happy low carbing.

| Hi Glo! I've seen a few posts you made today around the board. You've come to the right place! Do you have the 2002 edition of DANDR, have you read it and understand the induction phase? Don't give up if you see no results quickly. This is a change in a lifetime of eating. You didn't gain weight in a day, and you will not lose it in a day. There's terrific people around the board that can assist you in every way! My advice is to come to the board each and every day. This will help you make friends, and keep you accountable to this way of eating! I also like to suggest using www.fitday.com. This is a great tool for knowing exactly what you're eating and keeping track of percentages and calories. Following Atkins has to be 100% in order for it to keep you losing weight! You really can do this, we really are here to help!
