| Hi Ginette and welcome! Well, of course that no carb stuff didn't work! You do need some carbs, preferably in veggie form, not shake or drink form!! LOL! You're going to do great! There are quite a few UKers on the board to give you loads of "local" advice. Good luck and keep us up to date on your progress.
