| Yes, that's right. Fruits come later in this way of eating... in OWL (ongoing weight loss). There is too much sugar (carbs) in fruit for induction.

| There are some great stickies and FAQ that will give you tons of info. About the water, you should drink 8 glasses plus a glass for every 25 pounds that you want to lose so if you want to lose 100 pound you would drink12 glasses. |

| You have the book and you have the best support system to help you (Us). What I'd recommend is not to weigh yourself till the full two weeks is up. Our bodies fluctuate up/down as we lose water and change our WOE. Take your measurements (you'll lose inches even when the scale doesn't show a change), do exercises and drink lots of water along with taking your supplements. One of the most important things I've learned in my journey is not to get stressed over losing the weight. Plan your success by adding the weight loss program into your daily routine. Get comfortable with your new way of eating, exercising and thinking. Enjoy the trip, don't get frustrated. Don't compare yourself with anyone else's weight loss. We are all different. Get involved in the forums and make friends with the other members. You'll learn so much about yourself, your body and how to make this plan work for you. Think positive thoughts about changing your ways. You can do it, you're not alone. We all start with doubts, but if you stick to the plan, it will happen. |
