You'll meet lots of people who are sharing their journies in order for you to achieve yours. I'd recommend you read the book, Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revoluton, edition 2002. It will explain how the program works, the phases of following the program and motivate you to make it happen for you. Make sure you take measurements as well as recording your weight, as its very motivating to see the inches melting away as well as losing pounds. Being active with others who are achieving success was the key for me. You aren't alone. Keep us posted on your progress....we'd like to help you celebrate your success.

As was said, you should still read the book! | Hello and welcome to ADBB! YOu came to the right place for support and inspiration! The book you need is DANDR 2002 edition. Not sure about colour as I believe there are several. Mine is white with a blue and red title. Look forward to reading about your losses. Happy low carbing!
