Just getting started

Hello there-
I am just getting started this weekend. I had a full blood work up this past week and i have a physical with my Dr. on Wednesday. I want to have a good idea of all my numbers at the beginning of this journey.
I have the books, and am going shopping tonight so I can have a great start tomorrow am.
I will be checking in often for support and help a long the way, and I hope to be able to return the help as I progress.

Welcome, welcome, welcome Actke! It sounds like you're in the right "mental place" and ready to go! Good idea to have that physical -- it's always fun to watch your blood pressure and cholesterol counts go down along with the numbers on the scale! If there's anything we can do to help -- or when you just need a big ol' pat on the back for doing great -- let us know!
