| Congratulations on the first time losing weight. I think instead of dieting, you have to make this a life change or you could alwayes be going up and down. I am not a pro at this so i could be wrong, but that is what i believe. Anyway you will lose it again I just know it. Good Luck and God Bless! |

| Congrats and glad you found this place! Its a great place to be for support. I would encourage you to start a journal - its a great place to get your feelings out and talk through the "stuff" of Atkins. A great way to get to know people better too! | Welcome back!! Were you eating all your veggies/taking all your vitamins last time?? That's so weird about the hair, but I think my mom said she had lost hers when she did an old version of Atkins in the 70s, so make sure you have the correct (2002 DANDR)!! What are we planning on doing for exercise?? There are lots of challenges going on you can join up with!

| Hi, Cassi. Try not to be depressed about "doing this again." You can be depressed about what you were doing last week, but I hope you can try to be happy that you've come back to where you know you've been successful before. I, for one, am very GLAD to see you doing this again. Welcome (back)! When you feel tempted, come here for support. Send out the fat signal... and I promise folks will come running. You CAN do this!
