| Meka, I'm sorry you had such a tough time. Yet, despite all you went through, you are still more than 50 pounds down from your high weight. That's wonderful. You've come to the right place. This board is full of knowledgable, supportive people who really want to help others succeed. Come here and post often. Check out the induction forum, for day by day help and support. Consider starting a journal -- that's a great way to meet people and develop a group of friends and staunch supporters. And, check out the challenge forums for a little healthy competition (with yourself!) to keep you motivated. Best of luck to you. Keep us posted....

| This time you're doing it for YOU! An all important difference. YOU won't go away... YOU will always know how you felt at your high weight... YOU can love yourself (and should). It's great that you've decided to get back on track with Atkins. You'll reap the benefits in extra energy and better health. So sorry you've had a rough time lately... but things go in cycles, so don't get blue. Ask any questions you want about low carbing. There's always someone around to give help and good advice. Yay for YOU!
