| Hi and welcome Good luck getting back on track - since you've lost 60lbs in the past, you know you can do it again!!! | hi supernova, i know exactly how you feel, im in the same boat pretty much lost about 60 and now have gained 40 of that back, putting me back up to 300lbs. I know there are some awesome people on here just post often which i plan on doing and read other atkins success stories for encouragement that is what i did and remember its a new year for a new you!!!! |

| Hi Supernova! You've made the right choice; stick to it and you will win the battle. No matter how much longer it takes to lose the weight this time around, it's sooooooo much better even to lose it veeerrry slow than to give in to the old ways and pack on not only more weight (and at a faster rate) but associated maladies and shorter life expectancy that come with it! Remember that 120 lb. gain in a year and figure ahead what that could mean for your future over 2, 3 and more years ahead when you feel tempted to quit this WOL. Welcome and good luck!
