| Welcome Rhiannon! Glad you decided to join us here. It's cool that you re-read DANDR. Understanding the science behind this way of eating is fundamental. You've done Atkins before, so you know it works well... and I'm sure it will work well again for you. Roam the board and check out the many things you can do: exercise challenges, journals, recipes... not to mention friendship and support. Keep posting your progress. We're all interested and happy to help.

| Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I will be starting a journal when I have finished my first week. My journal will mostly consist of my thoughts, and losses as I go. I still need to do my measuring. I will start that very shortly. I do understand the importance of losing inches along with the pounds. Again, thanks for the welcome.
