| Hey Rita! Glad you joined us. You've done Atkins before so you know it works. It'll work again, for you if you get into the right frame of mind and keep your goal in sight. Why not check out the Second Time Around Club (STAC) where there are lots of people who've drifted away and then drifted back again, many to success. Lot's of support and motivation to be had there. You might also like jimmie's "No Scale Challenge" which starts on the 21st. Two weeks without that awfully wobbly crutch which is the scales.
