| Its great that you are setting up small goals for yourself. I am taking it 10lbs at a time myself with the first big goal to get under 200. Otherwise it is too overwhelming. Looking forward to seeing you post about your wonderful results with atkins. |

| Hello Erin! Warm welcome to you. Nice that you found us and decided to do Atkins with us all. I was going to suggest you join the No Scale challenge, but I see you've already joined! That's fantastic! You might like to take your measurements first as often we can lose inches before pounds and it's cool to keep a record of you body as it gets trimmer. Happy losing!

| I will definately be joining in on the challenges going on. Today marked my finish of my 2 week induction and I'm feeling pretty good I plan to stick with induction for awhile since I have alot of weight to lose yet, but so far, so good! 11.8 lbs gone so far I'll definately weigh and take measurments before beginnin the 2 week challenge to stay off the scale! Great advise! Thanks again to ya'll! |
