| Hi Ally! Welcome to the board! I'm glad to hear you've read the book! That's important. Bummer about being surrounded with cheap treats. That's a hurdle you will definitely need to get past. How 'bout read a juicy novel instead of eating! Or, figure out if a certain time of day triggers your junk eating and eat something Atkins legal at that time. You can do it, and I'm sure you will make lots of supportive friends on this board! | I definitely should snack on pork rinds instead of white chocolate crunch bars at work ://// they are so good. I just have to get thin again I feel horrible lately. My body is sore and i'm tired and moody. I'm not happy anymore. I cried twice with my boyfriend over the weekend because he weighs less than me now and he's 5'6 and i'm 5'2. Its hard to tell that i've gained weight because I carry it in my hips and thighs and butt and i don't look flabby i look firm and my upper body is small but without clothes i think i'm disgusting :[ its really hurting my confidence lately.
