| Hi, Donna. Welcome to ADBB. We have quite a few things in common. I lost my first husband in 1996, I'm sorry for you loss, I know how that feels. I have horses and quit riding as my weight kept climbing. I need to get back to it now that my weight is almost normal. The Atkins WOE and this bulletin board has turned my life around. I hope you'll have the same experience. I look forward to seeing you around.

| Hi Donna, Welcome! Sounds like you've had alot to overcome! You can overcome this too! One day at a time and it all comes together Tickers - once you have the ticker set up, you'll see a 'code' it creates. Paste that code into your signature in your profile - go to user cp (up near the top header lines), click on edit signature, paste the code right in there.
