| Welcome back Pamela! Glad you decided to re-commit! I'm sure you'll soon be feeling fitter and more energised, not to mention slimmer! Have you checked out the Second Time Around Club (STAC)? | Hi Pamela! Sorry to hear you've had personal problems, but good for you for getting back to it. I would say it is definately worth getting involved in an exercise challenge on this board to get your endorphins going and really get into the weight loss See you around the board |
