| Hi Lantanapooh, welcome to the board and to Atkins. 7 pounds in a week is really good. You will lose lots of weight! Please don't be concerned with the speed at which you will lose. It's a process. A process that will help you rid your body of carbs and begin to eat in a healthful way for the rest of your life. You will start to learn so much about the science behind this, and why it works and will look forward to eating this way. Come around the board often!

| Welcome Stacey! There truly is no miracle fast diet. Only a real life change I've been going strong now for 4 weeks on this new wol and have found that it really does teach us what we're doing and how we eat. Learn from it as ya go cause it has to be a complete life change for the future Will look forward to gettin to know ya and seeing your progress as you go! Good luck!
