| Hi Sandy! Welcome to the board. It's 2 cups of salad veggies AND one cup of other veggie daily during induction! Salad veggies being lettuce, celery, cucumber, peppers etc and other veggie like broccoli, cauliflower, greens, etc.

| Welcome Sandy! Ditto what Silly said about the cups of veggies/salad. Also, your total carbs don't all come from the veggies (though most should). You get others from eggs, cheese, cream etc. If you don't quite make the full 20 that's ok. Many do induction averageing around 14-17 carbs per day.

| Hi Everyone, I am new to Atkins (day 4), and new to the board. I am so excited to be here! My sister started Atkins one year ago, lost 30 lbs. and STILL has it off!!! Can I eat sugarfee jell-o on induction? Thanks, Donna |
