| Hi Talli/Johnsnaenae. Glad to have you join us. In the beginnning, the scale can be your worst enemy. I'd recommend you take your measurements and see the inches melting off as you continue on the WOE and exercise routine. My weight has always fluctuated...whereas taking measurements has kept me going. You'll find lots of information, challenges, stories/photos and warm caring people here who will share their journey and help you plan for success. Best wishes....keep us posted on your progress.

| Hi Talli, welcome to this great board. I too have many issues with the scale. I have not weighed myself since I started this WOE on Dec. 27th. I too am just going on how clothes fit. I will be weighing myself Feb.12th when I join my gym's 'Lose to Win' weight loss competition. I am already stressing about it. If it doesnt read what i 'think' it should read I know I am going to be really dissapointed. But I guess its all part of the process. Enjoy your new WOE!
