Hello Everyone! my name is Taj. i was turned on to this board by a friend of mines that has been eating Low Carb for a while now and i saw her amazing transformation and want to do the same! she also used to show me a website she 'used to have on her PC' called Linda's Low Carb Recipes? (she thinks) but she lost all of her info during a blackout. i LOVED all the recipes that she had shown me on that site and i was wondering if anyone has the website??? i would be So Grateful!!! by the way im from Sunny San Diego California, im 47 and weigh about 255lbs currently. i would love to be 150 again! i am starting my Induction tomorrow! SuperBowl Sunday!!! GO BEARS!!! (im a true Dallas Cowboy fan but im going for the Bears in the SuperBowl - just 1 for Walter)

Welcome, Taj! Good for you for starting on Superbowl Sunday. What's on the menu... chicken wings and veggies and dip?

Have your gotten a copy of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution? That's a must read for anyone following this way of eating. It's so important to understand the how and whys behind it all.
