Hi, my name is Melanie and I live in Darwin, Australia. I have done Atkins before in 2000. I have been back on it for three weeks now and lost 15 pounds. I love Atkins!!! I know it works - I know it makes me look and feel fantastic. I look forward to being part of the Atkins Diet Bulletin Board community. May I also say thank you all for providing such informative and inspiring articles on this site.
