Fourth Time on Atkins

Yes believe it or not this is my fourth time in 8 years on Atkins. 62 year young male. Every time I have reached my target weight and then eased back into my old eating habits and 6-8 months later put it all back on. I do induction and OWL very well but then I do not do maintenance well and right back where I was. bmitchell88@comcast.net
