| Welcome Croker. Yes, there are some men on this board. Rich and Kent are our male administrators. Rich is currently on vacation - you will know when he's back! And Higgies is another male moderator. You might like to join the men's forum - we are not as chatty in there as we should be - but you know men! Stick to the plan and watch those pounds melt away.

| Lots of waterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrr! Water is good good good! 90 pounds in 7 months....might be a little hard, however, if you are really exerciseing and following this plan to the 'T', it's definately not un-reachable...I did almost 65 pounds in 7 months....and I didn't exercise half as much as I could have....Good luck... Keep us posted and drink your water! |

| Welcome to Croker!Everyone is different in the amount of weight they lose...depends on your metabolic resistance and commitment to the plan, but if you stick to it and move through the phases in the appropriate manner, you'll maximize your results and also maximize your chances of keeping it off once you reach goal. Which means not staying on induction for far too long...that's one of the number one reason people fail to reach goal or to maintain once they get there. 9 months isn't impossible at all, that's about how long it took me to reach my goal so definitely keep your eye on that prize! Excess skin can be a rather tricky thing...I have a bit around my midsection despite drinking my water, exercising religiously and taking my vitamins. Losing a lot of weight quickly will increase the chances of having unsightly loose skin and it's one of those things that there's no quick answer for. It may tighten up and it may not but it takes a matter of years to find out whether it will or not. It's not something that readily happens in a couple months after losing weight. Best of luck! ~Far la bella figura! EDIT *This Spotlight-Introduce Yourself thread has been closed due to extended absence of owner.
