| Thanks Sallyseachange! I've been browsing the boards for a couple of days now and I've been really inspired by some of the success stories and also the before and after pics. So far I've found induction to be fairly easy to stick to...although snacks seem to be a problem for me and my daughter who also started Atkins with me on Monday. I'm sure by reading through the various threads we'll find some of the answers we need! ![]() |

| How cool that you have your daughter to do Atkins with you! It makes a huge difference to be able to share successes or trials and tribulations with someone close.
