| Well then....let me be the first to say....congratulations for joining the forums! And most off, congratulations for making the start at Atkins WOL. This plan is absolutely awesome. It sounds like you've alreay started doing the right things...(kick boxing....cool....) is your husband doing the plan with you? I wish my wife would have done it with me....but still....Life is good! Make sure you check out all the forums and recipes and good stuff. Once again, welcome on board and don't forget to ask questions or ask for help if you need it. There is a really really nice group of people who are always willing to help and answer questions.
