| Welcome to ADBB. Just a few pointers that have helped me out so far. Buy the book DANDR (Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution) and read it. Drink plenty of water. Keep pics of yourself around and visible at all times (either old pics when you were thinner, or pics at your heaviest to remind you why you are changing your way of living). Keep a food journal (whether it be on here, or handwritten). Keep up on ADBB, this is, by far, the best support system!!! I wish you the best of luck, see you around! |

| Ooooohhhhh Man.. Celery and Tuna. I never thought of that!! That sounds yummy! Lol I LUVVV Tuna!!! Oh by the way, do any of you know a LOW CARB roll up Tortia - {sp} or low carb bread? | Hi Mystic, welcome to the board! Your menu sounds really fine so far. If you can stay away from the Crystal Light for a while, that would be the only thing I suggest. You will get the hang of the board/lingo real quickly if you come around often! Enjoy your stay at ADBB!
