Many, many people find the bars stall them. Also, although Atkins Nutritionals say they're ok for induction, the truth is that many of the ingredients are not induction legal. Dr A said that the bars could be used for emergencies only in the early stages of the diet. Bear in mind that Atkins Nutritionals are thinking more about their profits than about your health. My advice would be to stay away from the bars for now.

Maybe we need a sticky or something on this. Seems like there have been tons of similar questions asking whether its OK to eat these things.
