| Welcome! I'm glad you found this site. It really helps keep you motivated to read and post a lot. Before you start, take your measurements. Sometimes you will lose inches when the scale doesn't move, and it's nice to be able to see that. I'm just curious.. If you thought Atkins was unhealthy and irresposible, what made you read the book? I'm glad you did though! Many who think that way don't learn about it and just bash it without the knowledge.

| Yes it's pretty cool isn't it. It's like you're now the member of some secret club huh? I love this way of life!! I also love this board!! It's a nice place to come to every morning and just hang for a few and read the posts and add a couple comments here and there. Ya know? It is wonderful to meet you!
