| Thank you every one for the great warm welcome. Today was a good day, I find the first 3 days the hardest while trying to get back into the swing of things. I know with every ones help on here I can do it for sure. Plus I keep telling myself to keep my eye on the prize and I HATE to travel while Im fat. It sucks.... thanks again for the great welcome.

| Thanks Scooter, those are great I printed them out and put them on the wall here by the computer and fridge so if Im not sure just look it up.
