| Welcome Porcelain! Glad you've come here for support. This really is, unquestionably, the best place to find it. Just had to say that I love your mini-goal...most unique one I've EVER seen! Stick with plan and I'm sure you'll be able to meet it. Re: Saggy Skin...that scared me for quite awhile, but from experience I can tell you that there's hope. Even if, after losing a substantial amount of weight, there's a chance that it will tighten up again. I've been noticing over the past couple weeks that mine is finally going back into its factory pre-set position after being at goal since November. Remember to always drink your water, and exercise to keep elasticity at its maximum! Best of luck and if you need anything feel free to give a shout! ~Far la bella figura!

| Thanks! When I get my next paycheck, I am going to join this gym that has an indoor saltwater pool. I am in nursing school so the thought of walking on a treadmill and such horrifies me after being at the hospital for clinicals. We are the peons and that translates to us never getting to sit down. I hope swimming will help me firm up. It feels so good to be in the water but I can tell I am getting a workout too. I read last night about the body brushing and I am going to try that too. It is going to be so hard for me to go home and take those pictures but ...ugh. I will do it...for science. lol |
