Hey everyone! I have been using ADBB to help me along for the past week. It seems the more I learn about this diet the more I want to know!!! This forum is just packed with good info and awesome people! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone!!!

Welcome. Congrats on the weight you've lost so far. This is the best place to get information, motivation and meet people who want to help you reach goal. Get active in the forums, participate in the challenges and most of all have fun. Welcome, and congratulations on the weight you've lost so far. So close to goal already!

Like you, Atkins is the only thing that has worked for me. 'Twas the first, last, and only one I've tried Before, if I wanted to lose weight (and obviously, I was never really successful in the long run), I would just eat less and less. I guess that's what's weird about this WOE--I don't ever actually feel hungry, so it's strange to me that I'm losing weight.

Hey, whatever works I wish you success towards your goal.
