I am a first timer and havent been able to start induction yet because I have not finished the book but you are so right and even lurking on this board has given me hope and true inspiration, welcome back to the best WOL I have ever heard of!! | Welcome Sherry. Firstly, congratulations on managing and caring for 4 children. That is no small feat (although they do have small feet I am happy that you are having a successful induction, and that you are feeling the way your body is supposed to feel without all the processed goop. I wish you success.

| Sherry!! Welcome!! Tell you what, why don't your just hop on over to the Second Time Around Club - (STACer's we lovingly refer to ourselves). We have a daily roll call where you can post goals, exercise regimes, etc. Maybe talk about the reason you sort of fell off the wagon, boredom, life, kids, life, life...that kind of thing! Maybe someday you just need a shoulder to lean on, we've got that too. Lots of other Aussies' there too! Maybe meet a friend! Congrats on your weightloss so far, excellent! Wow 4 kids, there's your motivation and exercise regime all in one!! LOL! Wonderful to have you with us, don't be a stranger and please come on over to the light side and join the STACers!! Woo Hoo!
