| Michele - Welcome. So happy with the success you are having. It only gets better. As you progress into the rungs, you'll find lots more options to keep you satisfied. Best wishes and keep us posted on your progress! Net Carbs: This is total carbohydrates less fiber, glycerine, the sugar alcohols. (For instance if you have a food that is 5 grams of carbs and 2 grams of fiber...then you count it as 3 net grams of carbs.)

| Welcome Michele! Glad you're here at ADBB with us. Sounds like you've already tasted success, which is wonderful. As Becky says, it only gets better... it also gets easier too, as you go along. Have you read the book? (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution - 2002 edition). It's such a big help to understand the science behind this way of eating. Keep posting and ask any questions you might have.
